Salon 695 ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to salon695.com and to the ways you get in touch with the salon.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways.
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, request an appointment, or email or call the salon, you may share your name, email address, phone number, and any details you include in your message. When you book a service, our scheduling provider (Phorest) collects the information needed to hold your appointment. When you buy from our Edit 695 boutique, our retail provider (Shopify) collects the information needed to process your order.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect standard technical information such as your device type, browser, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies. You can turn off the non-essential categories at any time through our consent banner.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your questions, book and manage your appointments, provide the services you ask for, and improve our website and services. With your consent, we may send you occasional updates about the salon. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to make the site work and to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Analytics cookies are on by default. You can reject them through the consent banner, and you can change your choice at any time using the cookie preferences link. Essential cookies that are needed for the site to function are always on.
We group cookies into two categories. Necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your consent choice (the fomo_consent cookie). Analytics cookies, set by Google Analytics unless you turn them off, help us count visits and see which pages and booking buttons people use. We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. When you follow a link to book through Phorest or buy a gift card, that site applies its own cookie policy.
How we share information
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the salon and the website, and only as needed to provide their service. These include our scheduling and customer-records provider (Phorest), our retail provider (Shopify), our website provider, which delivers contact-form messages to the salon by email, and our website analytics provider (Google), subject to your cookie choices. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our clients, staff, or business.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here, to maintain your client history and appointment records, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. When we no longer need it, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe and to limit access to those who need it.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Colorado residents have these rights under the Colorado Privacy Act. To make a request, call us at 303-777-8282 or use the form on our contact page. We will respond as required by law.
Children
Our website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
