We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for your stylist we ask that you give us at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved services.

The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any availability, keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of our established clients.
